Who is responsible
Enigma Matrix, a software company in Hyderabad, India, is responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question, email hello@enigmamatrix.com.
What the contact form collects
When you send the contact form, Enigma Matrix receives:
- your name and email address
- your company, if you add it
- what you need, and your budget range if you choose one
- your message
It is used only to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to plan and run the project. You won't be added to a mailing list. Under the GDPR, the legal basis is your request: the data is needed to answer it before any contract.
Who handles the data
Enigma Matrix uses a few service providers. Each processes data only to provide its service:
- Google Cloud hosts the site. Like any web host, it logs technical data for each request, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form submission comes from a person, not a bot, using technical signals from your browser such as your IP address.
- Resend delivers your form message as an email to the Enigma Matrix inbox.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own and shows no ads. Fonts are served from the site itself, not from a font service.
How long data is kept
Contact messages are kept while the conversation needs them. If no project follows, they are deleted within 12 months. If a project follows, they are kept with that project's records.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data Enigma Matrix holds about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can object to its use. Email hello@enigmamatrix.com and you'll get a reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
